Just an update Great News!
Well went to my doctor on Friday May 25,and recieved good news.On may 16 &17 I had my muga scan & pet scan.Every thing was good I was supposed to have zometa on the 25 of may and that was cancelled because the bones are healing.I was so excited No more chemo just have to go every three weeks for herceptin.and the best thing is I can finally return to work.

Changed doctor for second opion
Dx November 2,2006
three tumors left breast,lymph nodes involed don't
know how many.Kidney failure postponed my surgery
which gave the doctors the opportunity to run test.
FishTest showed that I have her2 positive, mets to liver and bones.
Dx December 14,2006
one dose carboplatin
now once a week herceptin,taxol
once a month zometa
February 5,2007 pet scan showed everything good except bones
5-16-07 muga scan
5-17-07 pet scan
Everythig was clear taken off of zometa,chemo
herceptin every three weeks

Yahoo!! Thanks for sharing the great news. (we need it) I just got a muga of 55, last one was 53. I am trying to convince my onc for 3 week herceptin now, hope I can soon. This weekly thing is tiring, and hard to work into my work schedule.

Lily Diag April/06 5 months after give birth my son Max stage IV mets on liver (5 tumors) 38 year old, her2+++ and ER+PR+ from32 nodes 4 positives mastectomy right breast chemo before surgery herceptin/carboplatin/taxotere ,clear and surgery have radiation 20, `& then herceptin and tamoxifen NED until Aug/07 body only then 'n June 04-06-07 .1 lesion of 1.6 cm on cerebellum ...novalis ,open sugery 5m.m brain met again novalis, 4mm.In the liver. Waiting 2 months now 3 tumors enroll on T-MCC trial start first infusion Nov 5/07 at Dec 17 scan show one tumor despair the 2nd and 3th diminish Doc said great results until March/08 ct scan show progression 03-05-08 start tykerb & xeloda
