Good news from Italy!

Had my first follow up scans last week and honestly I was really nervous, but all came back (verbal, as the reports have to be picked up still) but clear. So, I'm so happy and know that my pH diet is working. Its great to hear back from others using the same theory and see their positive results too!
Changing my diet and giving up cool stuff like cafe and meat and cheese --- well, tough to do, especially living in Italy! However, in the long run I feel great and my body is rebounding more and more from the chemo the longer I go from the end date of it, the better I feel.

Thank you all for keeping me motivated and for your support!
Un grande baci! Karen
