Hi girls a friend of mine rang last night, I bumped into her at the hospital last week, she had been complaining of shortness of breath for the last 12 months that I know of, so the docs finally did something about it, and after who knows how many tests and specialist they finally worked it out that she didn't have lung mets, for the last 12 months she has had blood clots on the lung accumulating from the Tamoxefin, she had been on it for 2 years and now they finally have taken note that there was something wrong with her and treating her like a GOD,the heart lung specialist personally took her up to a ward in a wheel chair to make sure she got there, apparently under normal circumstances she should have dropped dead with the clots, but it is so amazing that the positve power we have over the BC out smarts everything else trying to kill us off. She was allowed home if she could give herself Warfrin shots daily for 10 days, otherwise they were keeping her in under lock and key. Just thought I would let you know what is possible from this drug, considering her BC wasn't an agressive one and she didn't need radiation only 6 months chemo.
