Funny ? re: hair growing back

When I first had my head shaved, I absolutely froze to death for awhile. Now that the weather has warmed up, and I guess I have become acclimated to not having any or at least very little hair on my head, I sometimes am really warm without hair.

Did anyone have a problem with being too hot when their hair came back in, or does it happen gradually enough that your body gets used to it?

Sounds like the hot-flashes are kickin' in ! I felt warm all the time while I was bald. A little dampness around the nape was a constant for me. Really annoying and seemed the more I thought about it, the more I got it.

Considering all the chemo- I would really venture to say you are in chemopause which is basically the same as beeing perimenopausal... there are things you can take to minimize the hot flashes. If you can tolerate them then you would be one med less than necessary.

Go to the SEARCH on the top of this page and you will find more info on similar topics.

Warmly (no pun intended),
