Thank you so much for posting the information about the Heavenly Hats site! Although my mom hasn't lost all her hair, it is very fine and thin and brittle. She doesn't like to wear wigs because she says they're itchy. So I thought this hat thing might be a good idea. WOW- they are very generous. They sent her 5 hats! And 2 scarves. And not only are the hats new, 3 of them were Liz Claiborne, Ralph Lauren, and Polo hats. They were delivered just in time for her birthday on Saturday. Thanks again for the tip.

I, too, got a box of hats today. Some don't fit, so I'll pass them along at chemo. Most were Ralph Lauren. What a great program this kid started.

Have you tried the "Look Good Feel Better" program? I found them the first time I was sick. They give good advise on makeup, skin and hair/scalp care during treatmetns. I went home with a huge box of makeup (Mary Kay, Avon, Revlon, Clinique etc...). I even went back after my relapse. I love free stuff!

Got my box today and was so surprised by the quanity and quality. Some don't fit or arn't my style, so I'll take them to the chemo room tomorrow. But wanted to say thanks for the heads up.... what a great job they are doing.
