Ovary removal ups breast cancer survival for some

Am I reading this right? OSU has some interesting ethics if they are performing oopherectomy on bc patients who are er- (patients from Vietnam and China). Also wondering why they gave tamoxifen after the oopherectomy and not the ai's. Cost?
