New genomic test can personalize breast cancer treatment [Washington University in St. Louis / Summary]

So what do you think? Is this the next thing to replace the Oncotype Dx?

This test sounds so promising. I'd love to have it done on my tumors when it becomes available. ma

I am interested in the research Dr. Perou has been conducting over the years, and this test sounds like the translation of his work from the lab to practice.

I found this link to the abstract on which the article is based: http://jco.ascopubs.org/cgi/content/...2008.18.1370v1

Wink Replacing Oncotype DX

This test sounds like a good idea to me. I started a related thread in January called Tissue Testing. I think this kind of test may be the wave of the future.
