Hello

I am from Toronto Canada and am now being randominized for an infusion of Herceptin...I will know on Tuesday were I will be placed. Has anyone already been through the infusion process. My treatments will take place at Mt. Sinai Hospital and Will be a 90 minute infusion every three weeks.
Is there any information that anyone can give me?
Have a great day and will revisit the site on Sunday.

Hi Cecelia

I sure hope you're still out there. I am now in the position you were in at the end of September -- am just finishing up chemo have signed up for the trial and am waiting to see which 'arm' I will be randomized into. Just curious what happened in your case and if you are getting herceptin how's it going. I would also love to hear from any other women currently in this trial (herceptin alone for one or two years or control following chemo)

Cheers

Finished Taxotere/herceptin early July 03 and continuing herceptin once every 3 weeks. No problems. Happy to answer any questions. Thanks for checking on Cecelia.
