help on ionizer and akaline of drinking water

What do you all think about ionizers?
I think I'm going to get one but thought I would come to my experts!!

I am looking at ionizers on line.

A health nut friend is working on me to get one. Another friend, who has bone mets now after 10 years of NED, is getting one. She is going organic too.

Re: help on ionizer and akaline of drinking water

Hi Alice,
I did some research on ionizers and I am providing a couple of links. Both caution purchasing ionizers due to limited research. There isn't any evidence of harm but not much research on benefit either.
