Re: Vitamin D deficiency: an interview with Kellie Bilinski

I take one capsule of 50,000 units monthly and about 3-4 thousand units daily and I am not sure I have ever broken 40. I hope everyone is having their D checked and taking supplements if needed. My D situation is rough !

I take one 5,000iu supplement daily and have a blood test to check it every six months. Mine was low for a couple of years before I was diagnosed, and less than 25 at diagnosis. I live in a sunny environment and had daily sun exposure. I'm a firm believer in the correlation.
