Er/pr- her2+. 2.1 cm lump 1/18 LN POS Tx FEC-D chemo, herceptin x17 (one left yay!) uni mastectomy Christine __________________ 44 yrs old. IDC, Grade III, 2.1cm, Left MX, 1/18 pos nodes, Er/Pr neg, Her2+++ Stage IIb. Diagnosed 8/17/10
