I just found out I have breast cancer

Is Herceptin difficult to tolerate? I have hypertension so I am worried about my heart. I don't have all the information about the cancer. I had a breast MRI with a biopsy. Boy was that an experience. This thursday I will have a consolation with the surgeon and plastic surgeon and decide what will happen next. I still think a double will be the best option for me.
