Could Crainiotomy make Bone Scan abnormal.

Hi Guys,

I haven't been around for a while as everything has been good.

My girlfriend had a solitary brain met removed in November. This was followed by 40.5 gy Conformal Radiotherapy to the resection cavity.

Last week CT body scans came back all clear. Bone Scan was today. It showed an abnormal area in the skull where the tumor was. I know Bone scans are sensitive, but can't way what the abnormal area is.

Would I be right in thinking this is down to the surgery and radiotherapy? Brain MRI is next month so will know for definite then.
