I had this test in November...found it to be fast, easy, comfortable,
and much less money than MRI....a bit more exspensive than Digital
mammo, but worth every penny.(my test cost $500)....results are given by the time you are dressed...no waiting...period. You can view your breast test on the screen and the tech explains everything. LOVED IT.

I had this test also last October (my surgeon and I decided we would do mammos in the spring and BSGI in the fall). It is especially good for dense breasts, as it offers a different type of screening than strictly imaging. I also like the fact that the radiologist looks at the results right away while you are still in the room.
