barb.. i thought u were on 2.0mg per week.. 4mg/kg was the loading dose originally then dosed at 2.0mg/kg of herceptin alone..not the conjugated version.. i think i heard each of the site dosing weekly is now up to 15 patients.. or very close to it..
then genentech will compare the data and decide which dose is best for a pivotal phase 3 trial..
