Lani Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2006 Posts: 4,778	another chicken vs egg dilemna another paper and a poster from SABCS showed that that antidepressants change the metabolism of tamoxifen and other estrogen like substances So the question is whether it is the depression or the treatment of the depression which may be increasing the risk
