Is late afternoon and evening tiredness a side effect ?

Hi all just wondering if late afternoon and evening tiredness can be a side effect of all the drugs including H&p ?
My wife seems tired lately in a similar way to right before diagnosis last year and we are not due for scans until May. the last results were good just stressing a little that her body could be doing something and draining her, so I wondered if it was a bit of normal with all of you out there to feel this way?
