Pink that reminds me of a brain fart I had one time... when I lived in L.A. several years ago, I worked with a girl from Guelph named Suki. My boss and I were talking about 70s and 80s TV shows one day, and Suki (who was about 10 years younger than us) piped in about an American show that she said she had grown up watching... and I immediately thought (wow, they showed that on TV in Canada? Weird and cool, I didn't know Canada got our TV shows back then...) but what came out of my mouth was "wow Suki, you had TV in Canada in the 80s?"

She shot back with "Ummmm, yeah, we even had electricity and indoor plumbing, believe it or not" -LOL

I was the laughing stock of the office the rest of the day, deservedly so!
