Support - What is plan after Gamma Knife

Cheryl, there has been great success with Gamma Knife and I hope you will be another success story.

I am wondering what your oncologist has planned for you as follow-up treatment after Gamma Knife. Has he suggested any type of Chemo that could help with the brain mets as back-up to the Gamma Knife surgery? Thank you and blessings

Dear Tom,

I was told yesterday that I didn't have to do chemo for the brain. I will be followed every three months with a brain MRI. I am however goingto try and get into the Herceptin AutoVac Vaccine. My Oncologist has applied for a grant to start a trial here. Thanks for asking and keeping me in everyone's prayers. My head is still very sore from the gamma. But this is a small price for what it could have beem/
