Hormone issues on Tykerb/Herceptin?

I have just started Tykerb in addition to herceptin and I'm having horrible stomach issues! I also have noticed a slight breakout around my nose,burning in my nose and my hormones are all out of whack! I've read several things about the stomach issues and have read about the rash but has anyone noticed their hormones are all over the place? I'm getting period like symptoms and it's only been 2 weeks since my last one and I'm all over the place emotionally! I go see my onc next week but wondered if anyone knew a little about the hormone thing? Thanks!
