xeloda + herceptin

What are your experiences with xeloda + herceptin? Did you get good responses or do you feel they are antagnostic?

i had xeloda and herceptin and it got rid of skin mets on the first round. Unfortunately they came back 4 months after finishing the course.

I had the two together and it didn't shrink my lung met but I did have no growth while on it. I did have some harsh side effects from it. The Dr. is considering putting me back on it again. We will just have to watch the amount I take this time. No growth is good for me. If I can get back to that point I get to take a break. Patty H
