Post Reimbursement services, financial help & more

Sanofi-aventis brochure highlights many alternatives and services to patients who need help. This includes co-pay assistance as just one service available. Contact PACTPLUS 1800/996-6626, www.pactplusonline.com to request this brochure. Below is much of what is included.
Co-pay Foundations:

www.patientadvocate.org 1800-532-5274
The Co-pay Relief (CPR) program of the PAF provides co-payment assistance for patients w/ diseases as well as secondary issues resulting from chemotherapy treatment. 1866-512-3861, www.copays.org
www.uneedpsi.org, 1800-366-7741 provides financial assistance to qualified patients who live with certain cronic illnesses or conditions.
Sanofi-aventis PACT+ Program is a comprehensive program that includes both reimbursement and patient assistance services to help take the challenge out of gaining access to medications for patients in need.
Patient Assistance Program is to provide medication free of charge to patients who have no insurance and who meet the program eligibility requirements.
Drug Replacement Program assists patients who have insurance coverage but who were denied product coverage on appeal.
Reimbursement Assistance services is to help patients with no insurance or patients who have insurance but have been denied coverage for a Sanofi-aventis medication.
Alternative Services PACT+ will also work with patients to help find alternative services and resources that may help them, such as clothing, transportation, groceries, utilities, medical supplies/devices, home care services, referrals to other drug assistance programs, referrals to co-pay assistance, etc. PACT+ is toll free M-F, 9am-8pm 1800-996-6626.
Partnership for Prescription Assistance, www.pparx.org acts as the singlepoint of access to more than 475 public and private patient assistance programs and provides access to more than 180 programs offered by pharmaceutical companies. 1888-477-2669.
