23andMe tests rs10816625 but apparently not rs13294895, at least based on my results.
SNPedia has an entry for rs13294895, so one of the dtc companies is testing it.
23andMe has a nasty habit of assigning its own internal IDs to some SNPs instead of giving them RSIDs, so you have to look them up by their location on the chromosome. I tried that too, but the SNP still didn't turn up. (It has become even harder to translate the "i" SNPs now that everyone but 23andMe is using an updated assembly.)
I'm homozygous normal for rs10816625, and I wouldn't be surprised if I were normal for the missing SNP. So far, I've been normal for nearly all the SNPs implicated in breast cancer, except for a couple minor ones for which I'm heterozygous.
