Just want you to know your birthday buddy Tricia K is thinking of you and praying things get better! Those spasms really sound scary. Are you sure they are from the steroids? Be sure your doctor knows all you are going through. If he doesn't seem sympathetic and you can't get a second opinion, try talking to a Nurse Practioner or Physician's Assistant, if he has one in his office. I find most doctors do have such assistants, and they are usually less busy and much more apt to listen and pay heed than the doctors.
