Playground for Adults

If there were one near me, I'd use it.

Re: Playground for Adults

I think that is a great idea! I'm surprised someone did not come up with this years ago. I have spent alot of time at the parks walking my dogs, riding my bike and you name it. This would be a nice addition. I would be much more likely to use this equipment then to go to a gym. Plus another advantage it's outside where you can enjoy the beautiful day...sun shining and fresh air. (I'm in sunny CA so this part won't apply to everyone.) But I think its a fantastic idea and one that older adults will take advantage of.

Re: Playground for Adults

In addition to the fresh air and exercise, the operative word to me is "play" - something we seem to forget how to do, exercising away in earnest. This would be good for the spirit as well as the body, and - dare I say it - FUN!

What a great idea! Wouldn't we all "exercise" more if it were fun? Thanks for posting.
