"Breast Cancer Surgeons Dedicate One Million Dollars to Assist Women Diagnosed with Breast Cancer

Dr. Scott Sullivan, Dr. Frank DellaCroce, Center for Restorative Breast Surgery,
GNO Foundation and CAGNO Form Philanthropic Partnership

NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – Dr. Frank DellaCroce and Dr. Scott Sullivan, founders of the Center for
Restorative Breast Surgery and the St. Charles Surgical Hospital, the only hospital in the world dedicated
to breast reconstruction for women facing breast cancer, have formed the St. Charles Charities Fund at
the Greater New Orleans Foundation and are pleased to announce the first advised donation will be made
to CAGNO (Cancer Association of Greater New Orleans) to underwrite the creation of BREASTORATION.
Drs. DellaCroce and Sullivan have committed $1,000,000 over the course of the next 10 years to assist
women in the fight against breast cancer including funding to BREASTORATION through CAGNO.

The
official announcement will be made at a cocktail reception on Thursday, April 22, 2010 at the Center for Restorative
Breast Surgery at 1717 St. Charles Avenue from 6 to 8 pm. BREASTORATION assists women from across the
country who are considering breast reconstruction surgery in the Greater New Orleans Area and provides
educational resources to empower all women at risk for, or diagnosed with, breast cancer.

“We saw a great need among our patients, and felt compelled to find a way to support their desires to
feel whole again,” states Dr. Sullivan. “Many women are unable to even explore the various surgical
options available to them, and BREASTORATION will provide the funding for ancillary expenses for
patients who seek consultations, treatments, and surgeries in the Greater New Orleans area.” CAGNO will
bear the sole responsibility of screening applicants wishing to receive funds from BREASTORATION.
“For the past 15 years Dr. Sullivan and I have dedicated ourselves to helping women facing breast
cancer,” states Dr. DellaCroce. “BREASTORATION is our commitment to the women who have struggled
to find the best possible solution for their own loss caused by a breast cancer diagnosis.” In addition to
the major financial support of BREASTORATION Drs. DellaCroce and Sullivan will also commit to providing
breast reconstructive surgeries to four under-served cancer patients in financial need each year. A panel
of breast cancer survivors from around the country will designate which women with the greatest need,
based on specific criteria, will receive the pro-bono surgeries performed by Dr. DellaCroce and Dr.
Sullivan.
