Clinical Study Adriamycin/Cytoxan Herceptin-JENNY

I'm in the ongoing Adria/Cytoxan/Taxol/Herceptin study. I drew the longest study arm, with 52 weekly Herceptin beginning after six months of traditional chemo.

I can't speak for all studies, but in this one, 50 is the cutoff for acceptable ejection fraction. That doesn't mean that low fifties is bad at all--I believe that's considered average. I'm guessing that the other poster was dropped from her study because there was a significant drop in ejection fraction, and not because a reading in the low 50s is necessarily a bad thing.
