ER+/PR- HER2+ staging poll

I was curious as what stage most readers are and how many were stage 1 that have now metastasized. I am only allowed 10 poll question so I am going to do this Three times, here for ER+/PR-/HER2 + and another for ER+/PR+ HER2+ and a third for ER-/PR-/HER2+ .
I am stage 1C. My sister who died at 40 years young was also stage 1C. She metastasized within the first 6 months and died 2 years later. She received 8 rounds of AC and 8 rounds of Taxol. When she metastasized she had a bone marrow transplant. She died in 1996 so Herceptin and HER 2 testing were not available yet. She was ER/PR+ node negative.

Wink Hormone neg/neg

This version of the poll lets out those of us who are ER AND PR negative. I think there are a number of us here.

Maybe that can be a separate poll?
Or at least a roll call, but a poll with the original stage at DX and going from there might be interesting.

Re: ER+/PR- HER2+ staging poll

Hi Astrid,
It was sad to read about your sister and my first thought was timing...1994 - 1996...there have been strong advances since then. But, we are still fighting the beast.

I enjoyed your poll but have a question regarding the timing...those that recurred did they have herceptin
and those that recurred what stage were they first dx.
for instance...how many stage 1 who did not have chemo/herceptin recurred?

I was wondering if a poll could done adding not only stage but along with treatment for those that were early stage...since most often the later stage did have some form of treatment...and those who had herceptin.

Thanks,
Jean

Re: ER+/PR- HER2+ staging poll

Jean, and to the others here. This seems to be an old post from 2006 that got brought up top? That's why the poll is a bit dated. We must of had a spammer attached a post to this thread--then the moderators caught it and removed it? Just guessing?
