Delighted to see direction of research towards impact of fatty acids in humans, and particularly looking at genetic expression changes with fat in take and BC.

I have previously referred to another trial which looks at skeletal structure, but which showed big changes in gene expression up ten ten times fro some genes in rats between a balanced omega three six and very high six diet. HER2 expression was doubled, along with a whole range of genes that seemed to have links to cell growth etc.

I will read the trial report. I have been trying to get a slim grasp of how the lipids fit with the PPARs. It is very complicated, much is still unknown, and largely beyond me, but there is some hint of conecting threads and patterns.

Again delighted to see people are looking at this in people.

Thank you for taking the trouble to post.
