Hi Linda,
I came across this article which may help, it mentions that there are some new signaling pathways being studied in ER+ Her2+ women that may help determine which patients might benefit from Tamoxifen treatment. I wish knew more, but this is all I could find. Hope it helps...
Hugs,
Lolly

Thanks for the article, Lolly. I have read several articles that mention this "AIB1". Do you have any idea how they figure out the level of AIB1 you produce? I've been on Tamoxefin for the last year and a half and want to be sure that I am taking something that is HELPING me, not HURTING me. With my luck (anything that can go wrong, goes wrong with my cancer) I will be in that small percentage of women that have high levels of both HER2 and AIB1. Oh Well.....Thanks Again,
Take Care, Linda
