This featured in the UK press today.

It does emphasise as much as they know there is a great deal they don't such is the complexity of the human body.

Yep, that's me...chemo brain queen. I doubt that I have any white matter left in my brain. The other night I snuck into my husbands car to steal some gourmet pecans that he had hidden in his car, that he keeps for customers. After I was done munching down, I snuck out figuring he wouldn't notice. Well I locked his keys in the car, they were right next to the box of pecans...lol. He had to call pop-a-lock to get them out. Now when I do something stupid, I say it's because I have short term memory loss...hehe..sherryg683

5-fu

I had 5-FU and I am absolutely certain that my brain has (sizeable) impairment that is NOT age related. (Still counting by blessings, though.)

The next time I see my onc, I should ask if this can be noted on the MRIs that I've had.

Then, maybe 5-FU does cross the blood brain barrier...?
