little lump in neck

I had breast cancer stage 3 her2 went all the routes of surgery , chemo radiation. out 5 years got a lump by my collar bone. my onc said Oh don't worry about it, sent me for a pep scan, came back looking odd. but my onc said still don't worry. I went to another Dr and had the lump taken out. it came back her2 stage 4 now I'm on herceptin again. I just didn't want a lump in my body that didn't belong. In the 1st surgery had 8 out of 16 lymps possitive. , Just was not settleing for wait and see. Having some rash and bad days with herceptin. but doing Ok.
