Hi Angela: My Mother also took DES during her pregnacy with me. There was no history of breast cancer in her family. She was DXed with Breast Cancer 40 years later. I had dificult pregnancies due to problems with the shape and position of my uterus which I believe was caused by the DES. Did manage to have 3 successful preg. One premie (3lbs.), one full term (spent the last month in the hospital to keep from having him) and one full term (total bed rest for the last 6 months of the preg.) I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer at age 49. It wouldn't surprise me if the exposure to DES affected me and my Mom. Let me know if you find out anything more about it. It would be very interesting to me. Take Care, Linda
