Note to Lisa and Steph N/Supplements

I was catching up on what was on the board and noticed that you, Steph, had send Lisa a list of your supplements and I would really appreciate getting a copy, too, as I'll be finished with my chemo in three weeks and want to restore and reinvigorate my immune system. Any particular brand names and mg. would be appreciated, too.

Lisa, you mentioned to Steph that you are taking pretty much what she is and when you meet with the consultant, please let me know what else is mentioned. Thank you both so much!!

List sent - nothing ground breaking or out of the ordinary for those of us coming out of more than one round of chemo.
My WBC is finally back up to pre-chemo level and I no longer worry too much about someone sneezing in my direction (although instinct is to run the other way!). Did not take long for the white count to enter normal range on my own, but stayed in the low end for a long time. As it edged up, I could tell that it was coincident with my feeling a little stronger. (Those 27 doses of taxol and navelbine took their toll for a while!)
