I wanted to share with you all the good news of my bipsies. I had 4 different spots done and they show no cancer at this time. Looks like I will be taking a chemo break. I see the oncologist next Friday for discussion. Happy Easter to you all. Hugs, Sandy

I was on Herceptin/Taxol and Carbo. I had them weekly for 2 cycles of a total of 12 treatments. Monday will be my 30th anniversary and we want to get away for a few days after next week. So its great news for Easter, and our anniversary. Happy Easter to you. Hugs, Sandy

The Dr. said it was just new breast tissue in my daughter. So does this mean her left breast is growing and not her right. LOL He did say she needed to be re-checked in 4 months. Now I can stop worrying about her for awhile and worry about my test results. Just kidding, (kind of). I haven't had time to worry about me, thinking about her. it's harder when it's your child then when it's you. Thanks for all the input. Patty H

That is so great Patty. I am 34 as well (born in 70) and the doctors who dismiss young patients are WRONG!
Consider this....a typical 35 year old has a 1 in 250 chance of developing breast cancer during her 30s. That same 35 year old, if she get pregnant, has a 1 in 350 chance of having a child with Downs Syndrome. The medical community tries to convince her to have amnio to test for this genetic trait yet she has a larger chance of getting breast cancer and they say mammograms are not needed at that age. How much sense does that make?

Great news, but I don't understand breast tissue growing and doubling in size in a 30-something woman?? Can you find out more and let us know?
Love and light,
Lisa
