Up-Date on Mary

Hi Everyone: Thanks for all of the support!!! I spoke with Mary this morning and she IS improving!!!! She was able to bend her knee in one leg and wiggle her toes in the other leg...a big improvement from yesterday when she had no movement at all in her legs. She remains (as always) positive about her eventual recovery and is very up-beat. She felt her problem was caused by swelling in her brain from her radiation treatments and now that they have her on steriods to reduce the swelling she should be able to come home from the hospital in a day or so if she continues to improve.
