WHO takes you to treatment?

Hi socalgal,

I just wanted to let you know that you are not the only one who doesn't want to go alone to treatment. I have never been alone.
My husband is with me probably 95% of the time, and if he can't, because of work, my mil or my sister will come with me.

Maybe you are a super people-person and just like to have friends/family with you.

I had family and friends take me to the early rounds of chemo, but when it was just Herceptin, I drove myself. I'm an introvert, so I had no trouble going by myself. I love to read, and I was shameless and self indulgent about my light reading material when I had my chemo and herceptin. Brought National Enquirer, Globe, New York Post, etc. to the chemo room. Left the papers there and I bet everyone snuck a read. LOL.
