Herceptin is a receptor for her2 while Tykerb is a blocker of her1 and her2, so there is different between them.
As I learned from the net, there is Tykerb and Xeloda combo (FDA approved combo) and Herceptin and Tykerb combo (still on trial), but I never heard of all of them together!
