Tricia - Glad to know the unused stuff from joicing can be used for something. My little book didn't talk about that. But muffins, cakes, breads.... humm -- getting me back into the sugar/carbo stuff I'm trying to avoid -- i.e. the 'willpower' thread. I wonder you could use the fiber stuff to make a vegetable broth for soup? I'm not likely to use the juicer again soon anyway to find out.
