please see my post on herceptin resistance on the main board

It should help predict who herceptin is unlikely to help and hopefully what other treatments(tykerb) and or combos with herceptin(eg an PI3K inhibior, mTor inhibitor etc) are necessary to get herceptin to work on more patients and to prevent those patients from becoming resistant to it.

I also posted an abstract of an editorial from the same journal.

This is important her2+ bc news.
