Hi Lisa, for me mugas were more expensive due to the nuclear medicine infusion. I like the echos better as the muga makes me feel claustrophobic. Do try the Q10. My scores improved with it. Need to check with your Doc as you shouldn't use it during rads and some chemo. Good luck with everything BB
