My Muga scan 6 weeks ago was only 47, the doctor decided to give me 2 more treatments and then repeat the Muga scan - if the Muga scan did not get up to 50 they were going to cut off treatments.
I started working out (mostly on an elipitical) right before my last treatment. I also started to take COQ10 a few weeks ago. My new Muga scan went up to 52, this was inspite of having two more of the 3 week treatments. Needless to say - I am extremely happy with the result.
