• Aug 06 Diagnosed at age 50 with Invasive Ductal Cancinoma Left Breast, Stage IIIC, ER+, PR+, & HER2+++
• Sep06 Surgery Mediport in Chest
• Sep06-Jan07 Chemotherapy: (dd) AC x 4, (dd) T x 4
• Dec06-Nov07 Herceptin every 3 weeks for one year
• Feb 12, 07 Surgery MRM Left & SM Right, & reconstruction (tissue expanders), 6 of 16 lymph nodes cancerous
• Mar-Jun07 Saline Expansions
• Jun07-ongoing Tamoxifen
• Jun07-Aug07 Radiation: 25x
• Jun07-Aug07 Physical Therapy :
• Jun07-Nov07 Severe Capsular Contracture & Post Masedtomy Pain Syndrome
• Jun07-Oct07 Persistent fevers
• Oct07-Nov07 Physical Therapy
• Nov07 Surgery Capsulectomy and Gel Implants
• Nov07 Completed 1 year of Herceptin
