As an expression of divine life, I radiate strength and vitality.

Focusing my mind on powerful, healing thoughts, I create a blessing of health for every one of the trillions of individual cells of my body. I state with firm intention: As an expression of divine life, I radiate strength and vitality. Every cell of my body receives this affirmation as a directive to express the wellness that is its natural state.

God’s healing energy is moving in and through me now, and it is powerfully transformative. As I tap into this energy with my prayerful awareness, I am creating a healing vibration that moves through my body and out into my environment as words, attitudes, and actions that support my well-being.

As an expression of divine life, I know that the strength and vitality that I am affirming is radiating throughout my body.
