Tousled1 has an appointment on 7/20 PRAYERS FOR HER PLEASE
Friday will be appointment day for dear KATE and I am sure most of us know this. I feel that is my duty as her friend to ask for prayers for her as I am so indebited to her for our beautiful friendship. She has helped my husband and I to become better fighters and has helped us beyond what words could ever say. Her Loving kindness, the supportive posts, her upbeat spirit, her ANGEL qualities. Yes, she is my ANGEL and I love her so!!
Kate, My Little Tousled One, I have 2 large 'Cherry Lemonade' Yankee Candles I bought with you in mind. They will be burning bright and lit with special prayers said outloud just for you!!! Thoughts of you will softly filter through my mind all day and gently rest there, in mind and in heart.
Also Kate, I will be wearing my GREEN SHOES tomorrow, I bought them to wear whenever someone I love with breast cancer needs some support or when they are in need of some prayers!! Your appointment with your Oncologist tomorrow certainly deserves some added support and special prayers. I do wear them to show support & love, and I have done so since Sandy's passing. At times I wear them with one of you Warriors in mind to feel closer (comfort for me). In fact, this is the new pair (I had a pair before Sandy mentioned her dress code!! LOL) and both pairs have sequins on them (very loudddd!!). I get many compliments on the GREEN SHOES and every time I do I must explain the reasoning behind them. I have made so many strangers cry and they usually tell me that whenever they see green shoes they will think of all the SILENT SUFFERERS that I show support to. As they pass someone with green shoes on they will take a moment to give tribute!! How nice is that??
Oh My Dear Friend Kate, keep that spirit and prize winning fight you have in you. Remember that I love you and you are always in heart and mind. I send blessings, big hugs, special prayers and the gift of my friendship, for that is all I have and it has always been enough (and then some). I love you Tousled1....today, tomorrow and always. May your Oncologist visit bring to you a new course of treatment regime, peace of mind, and closure.
When you look up at the sky and see the sun shining down bright it is the same sun I see and since I have met you the sun has never been brighter!! Funny too, the ocean seems different too!!
