The last time I looked for trials using tamoxifen I ran accross a trial at Dartmouth - Hitchcock. The criteria for the trial was interesting ; If you were stable on tamoxifen and then failed this trial is for you. The drug being tested was Lapatinib. Interesting thought that Lapatinib may help turn the hormone receptor back on.
