another suppliment question

Suppliments are sooooo daunting....

Can we list what suppliments we take and the dosage.

I try to take fish oil, but it messes with my gall bladder. If I use flax doesn't that raise my estrogen level?

You might like to start with the Greek Diet thread which looks at the omega threes and sixes.

This may help too.

Exclamation I SUPPLEMENT BIG TIME! w/expert guidance...

I have listed my supplements from my nut/onc -- nutritional oncologist expert/guru/healer -- in 6/30 thread TO "SUPPLEMENT" OR NOT. I have included dosages and reasons for taking each. Hope that is helpful. Been on this regimen since '98 midst liver mets and Taxotere and Vit H, of course. Vit H essential! + 10 glasses of bottled water a day, every day. Annoying, but doable. Any more questions, please ask away.

Our resident *brainiac* RB'S Greek Diet posts etc. elucidate on Omega 3s and 6s and the necessary ratio required, etc.

Wink

Thanks Brenda. YOU are a genius. I was just going to say -- for future -- what I have learned to do is:
GO TO OUR SITE http://www.HER2SUPPORT.org/
GO TO MESSAGE BOARD AND CLICK
GO TO HER2 GROUP AND CLICK
*THREADS* ARE LISTED CHRONOLOGICALLY, W/THE MOST RECENT AT
THE TOP, KEEP SCROLLING DOWN, AND GOING TO NEXT PAGE TILL
YOU GET TO THE DATE YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR AND SEEK OUT
THE TITLE OF TE THREAD.

Sometimes the SEARCH at the top of this page works. CLICK and type in the words of what you are looking for. Not as reliable as I would like every time.

With all my posts this site sometimes won't accept my post as I have not logged in. So I log in again and again and again and keep getting denied. This happened as I was sending my thoughts to Havah! I was thinking, what is going on? I am trying to help this very desperate woman. I looked up and pleaded for HELP. I got through...

I finally learned to START a thread by going to the top of the page on the left, with help from those I PMed. It took yrs for me to figure out to add my signature and profile. I am a slow learner...

ANDI

Any questions Penelope, or any one, ask away. I am here for you. Any time.
