radiation and cancer marker

Has radiation treatment ever raised anyone's CA27,29 just because of radiation, no relationship to state of the cancer?

Hi there,

I am not sure if radiation was the reason for my marker going up or not- prior to radiation, my ca27-29 was 20, and after it was 24. I am due to have mine checked this week and hopefully it will be good. I will let you know how it turns out. (I realize that it is still within normal limits, but I would love for it to be lower and in the teens at least)

Love,Kelly
