Question breast CA diet ??

Hi
I have been trying to research on the net about breast cancer and nutrition but I am not having any luck. I read that alot of you take Olive oil and some flaxseed curious why and can you take it if you are er/pr/her2 positive are there different things you should not take depending on if you are er/pr positive or negative.
I have an appt. with my Oncologist thurs. and would like to have some info. to ask her. I don't like to take anything without consulting with her first.
THANKS
