Talking Aw Gee ...

Thanks - I will take any compliment I can get!
My neck was still a little swollen and face puffy from my surgery. Why I look so "wooden." I still could not turn my head very well then - that was 2 weeks post surgery.
The hat was hiding the shaved back of my head! Still wearing my little chemo berets waiting for my hair to grow enough to cover that dang long scar!
It was great to see Michele again and meet her darling friend.

Michele celebrating the end of her vaccine trial and me celebrating being NED again.

Steph and Michelle,

You two are beautiful. Steph, I can't believe you just had a craniotomy!

I am feeling a bit guilty(alot actually)but I told Dr. Webster that I wouldn't be able to give any more blood for the vaccine trial until after ride season is over, because it leaves me so weak. My recent scare with my brain tumor has made me want to really focus on living life to the fullest, which for me includes my newly found sport of endurance riding. She was very understanding, so we have a date for around the end of October to do the vampire thing again!

Now if it ever stops raining I can saddle up! Love, Kim in CA
